Train Like Janet
Janet appears in a commercial for a new DVD by her trainer Tony Martinez. In the trailer she explains why she likes working with Tony and how she hates working out. The DVD is only available for purchase on a special website and over the phone, but does feature Janet joking with Tony. Janet is quoted as saying that with Tony she “saw results in 2 weeks”. New photo from Why Did I Get Married?
A new photo has been released by Lionsgate Films to promote Janet’s upcoming movie Why Did I Get Married? The photo also features Tasha Smith who plays Angela and Sharon Leal who plays Diane. Janet plays Patricia in the film released 12th October 2007 in the US.

2008 calendar on sale in UK
A 2008 calendar featuring Janet is on sale now in the UK. Featuring the same photos as the 2007 US version, it can be bought at Danilo.com for £7.99.
Janet last night attended a party to celebrate Jimmy Jam’s new role as Chair of the Board of the Grammy’s Recording Academy in Malibu, California.
Janet briefly spoke to MTV about her new album. As always not giving much away, Janet said “there’s a possibility” of her working with Ne-Yo on the new CD.
Furthermore, Janet said that she was “just in the beginning stages” of recording the album at which point boyfriend Jermaine Dupri interjected and said that she has been recording music “everyday” and that the album will be released “soon”.

Janet was in Las Vegas last night to attend an after party for the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. The party, at Vegas restaurant Tao, was hosted by Jermaine Dupri, Travis Barker and Nelly.
Janet attended the Catherine Malandrino show at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York last night with friend Gil Duldulao. Janet was photographed with Catherine as well as Mary J. Blige at the Chelsea Art Museum.
A new poster featuring Janet has been released for the upcoming film ‘Why Did I Get Married?’. It shows Janet and her co-stars in an updated version of the original poster.
The film will be released in the US on October 12th. Janet Love has learnt that a UK cinema release is unlikely and that it will, most likely, be released straight to DVD at a later date.
