MTV is reporting that Janet will appear on Justin Timberlake’s new solo album due for release later this year:
The solo album from ‘N Sync frontman Justin Timberlake is likely to feature duets with Usher, Janet Jackson, Nelly and Angie Stone.
The album is still top secret but is expected to be released in autumn. The Neptunes are working on several tracks and P. Diddy has donated an up-tempo track.

Grammy Award-winning reggae artist Beenie Man is gearing up for the release of his new album, Tropical Storm, on August 20. The set features guest appearances by Lil’ Kim, Sean Paul, Baby Cham, Tanto Metro & Devonte, Lady Saw, and last but not least Janet Jackson.
Jackson provided vocals for the Neptunes-produced first single, “Feel It Boy,” after Beenie Man opted not to go with the original chorus, which was sung by Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes, and after Virgin Records was unable to get a release from Jive Records for the contributions of R&B singer Joe, who stepped in to replace Williams.
Beenie Man told LAUNCH that afterwards Virgin executives decided to keep it in the family and have Jackson lay down the vocals. Beenie Man recently shared with LAUNCH what it was like shooting the video for the song with Jackson. “Janet is a bad girl–she is sexy as hell,” he said. “She knows the song from back to front. She knows my part and her part, and she sing all the ad libs in the video that I sing, so you know how much deep she’s into the song.”

BRITNEY’S EX PUTS THE MOVES ON JANET JACKSON
Pop’s newest power couple is *NSYNC singer Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson.
Timberlake, who recently split with Britney Spears, was first spotted by Star’s spies with Jackson several weeks ago at The Lounge nightclub in West Hollywood, where “Janet was on the dance floor grinding all over Justin,” an eyewitness reports.
Sources say rapper/record producer Jermaine Dupri told pals that Jackson told him to meet her at the club that same night. When Dupri, who’d been dating Jackson, walked in and saw her with Timberlake, “he was not happy,” the eyewitness says.
But that didn’t appear to bother Jackson and Timberlake.
“After a few dances, they were kissing right in front of everyone,” adds a second source.
The pair hooked up again recently at Miami Beach’s Mynt nightclub, where Timberlake, 21, and Jackson, 36, had a passionate makeout session in the alley outside the hot spot.
“She walked out and Justin followed,” says a source.
“They had their arms locked around each other and were kissing like crazy. After a few minutes, two black SUVs pulled up and Janet, Justin and their entourage drove off into the night.”
Two days later, on July 5, the pair was again passionate in public at rapper Missy Elliot’s birthday bash at B.E.D. in Miami’s South Beach.
The birthday party for 60 people, which included A-listers like Leo DiCaprio, Spider-Man Tobey Maguire and Damon and Marlon Wayans, took up an entire section of the club. “Janet and Justin started kissing passionately in front of everyone,” an eyewitness reveals. “It’s like they wanted the whole place to know.”
Two days later, on July 7, Jackson and Timberlake were out again, partying with designer Tommy Hilfiger.
“They were low-key that night,” says a source. “They held hands and sat next to each other at the table. They had a few drinks and enjoyed a romantic conversation.”
Jackson and Timberlake got together for dinner again July 8 and on July 9 went out partying at Club Rain. “They showed up at around 11 p.m. and had a few drinks,” says a source. “They were holding hands and groping each other and didn’t seem to care who saw them. Janet gave Justin a big hug and a kiss and left with her bodyguards around 1 a.m.”
But the future of the romance between the two music stars might be iffy.
A few days later, after Timberlake left town, Jackson was spotted skinny-dipping with a mystery man outside her cabana at the Shore Club Hotel.
“As far as Janet is concerned, it looks like the romance with Justin might have just been a summer fling,” an insider says.
UK fans: You’ll be pleased to hear that FEEL IT BOY has finally got its first UK airing. Trevor Nelson said that he loved the track before playing on yesterday’s National R&B Chart on Radio 1. Expect to hear a lot more of it in the coming weeks on Radio 1.
