Janet tonight performed live as part of her Number Ones: Up Close and Personal Tour at the Tempodrom in Berlin.
Her long hair style, seen last at her performance at the Louvre in Paris, returned.
Janet omitted some songs that she previously performed on the U.S. leg of the tour including All Nite (Don’t Stop), Make Me and The Best Things In Life Are Free.

Janet performed last night at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana.
During the show, she performed over 30 songs and had two costume changes. She also picked a member of the audience and depicted a S&M scene by strapping the man’s arms into a straight jacket as she, in a flesh-toned body suit, worked him over, whip in hand.

The cover for Janet’s upcoming Wonderland Magazine shoot with Aitken Jolly has been revealed. The issue is out on February 5th in the UK.
Janet will appear in an upcoming issue of Wonderland magazine, due to hit news stands in the UK on February 5th.
She conducted the photoshoot at the end of last year and the issue will also feature a new interview.

A new interview and exclusive photos appear in an upcoming book by celebrity photographer Mark Liddell who has worked with Janet for the last 10 years. The book “Exposed- 10 Years in Hollywood” is due out in October 2009 and is raising funds for Womens Domestic Abuse and Suicide Prevention.

Janet has opened up for the first time since the death of brother Michael to Harper’s Bazaar.
In the interview, which is accompanied by new photos, Janet speaks of her decision not to watch television or read a newspaper since her brother’s death.
In the article, she also confirms she has split from long-term boyfriend Jermaine Dupri as well as the title of her new book True You.

Janet sat in the front row at last night’s farewell to brother Michael Jackson. The King of Pop was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park & Mortuary in Glendale, California.
Following the ceremony, the Jackson family released a statement with their thanks to the pop star’s fans.
After the ceremony the family released a statement: “The Jackson Family wishes to once again thank all of Michael’s fans around the world for their generous outpouring of support during this terribly difficult time. Their expressions of love for Michael and his music have sustained the Jackson Family.”
Janet also recently tweeted on her Twitter page: “I love you, Mike, and I miss you. Dunk.”
