Auditions for the Kids for Janet’s upcoming project will be held on November 1st and November 2nd at Alley Kat Studios in Hollywood, California. The studios have also been booked for November 3rd in case choreographer Gil Duldalao decides he needs more time to find the perfect combination of Janet dancers.
Janet Love has learnt that Janet is likely to perform at the 2004 Super Bowl on 1st February in Houston, Texas. She has assigned the task of casting dancers for her new video, touring, and Super Bowl Performances to choreographer and long time friend, Gil Duldulao. The auditions will be held on November 1st and November 2nd. Those of you that are keen dancers will benefit from becoming a member of ANSWERS4DANCERS, a company that will be sending full details of the audition to all its members on October 29th including specific location, time and wardrobe details.

As reported earlier in the week, Janet and JD recently attended Usher’s 25th birthday party at Pearl in Hollywood. A new photo has emerged showing the couple arriving for the bash and you can enlarge it by clicking on the thumbnail to the right.

The Internet Movie Database has created an entry for Janet’s upcoming television movie, Lena which will hit screens in the USA in May 2004. It states that the film will feature original music by Lennie Hayton (Lena’s husband) who died in 1971 and will be produced by Neil Meron and Craig Zadan (currently also working on a film on the book Fahrenheit 451 and previously on Chicago). The entry also confirms that the scheduled release to US Television will be May 2004.

According to Eurweb, Janet refused to do interviews or photographs on the red carpet at Usher’s 25th party because of her weight gain. She also wouldnt allow Access Hollywood to shoot her while inside the venue.
Contrary to the rumours, it looks like Janet and JD are still firmly an item. They attended Usher’s 25th birthday party on Saturday at Pearl in West Hollywood with the likes of Jimmy Jam, Will Smith, Chilli from TLC and Janet’s co-star in Poetic Justice, Regina King.
As some of you will know, Janet was due to work with UK group Basement Jaxx on her last album, All For You. It now appears that one of the reasons the collaborations didn’t happen was because Janet confused them with another UK pair, Zero 7! We love you anyway Janet! Read the full article from The Times.
