Janet has been banned from using her Super Bowl appearance next month to protest her brother Michael’s innocence. She will perform to one billion TV viewers and was to make a stand on child abuse claims. An NFL source said: “She wanted to wear a T-shirt with his name and the word innocent on it but she’s been told to scrap the idea.”

Man that’s alot of BS, Janet did not do it 10 years ago. I dont think this story is true. I have never even seen Janet wear a Mj shirt.

When Janet wore the PERVERT tshirt at the VMAs this was her showing her support for Michael. It implied that if Michael could be a so-called pervert, then she must be one too. I.E. Michael is not a pervert!

I don’t know the story does sound a little fake, but then again we’ll never know.If it is true I think she should be allowed to epress her feelins but maybe they feel shez there to perform and thats all she should be doin’. Anyway who gives a s**h Michael is INNOCENT! 🙂
I remember back in the day when she wore the pervert shirt at the VMA’s to support her brother. If she was bold enough to wear a protest shirt then it stands to reason she wouldn’t hesitate to do that now. So I believe the story that the Superbowl asked her not to wear anything in support of Michael. Someone on there staff probably reminded them of the VMA’s. And they figured they’d warn her ahead of time so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Personally though I think the Superbowl is an inappropiate place to wear any kind of support shirt. The VMA’s made sense because that’s a music show and there both major popstars. Plus after all Michael has done to change the music industry for the better(especially MTV), they definitly shouldn’t have a problem with Janet publicly supporting her brother. Michael basicly help to lauch the station. Without his early videos I doubt MTV would be the success they are today. However the Superbowl is different. Football has nothing to do with Michael and I think there right in asking her not to take any attention away from the sporting event by wearing a shirt, pants, dress, or whatever she plans on wearing in support of Michael. If she wore something in support of Michael then the next day all the headlines would be about what Janet was wearing instead about what it should be about which is football. I belive Michael is innocent with all my heart, but lets keep the Superbowl about what it should be about which is football. 😉
