A YouTube video has been posted of Janet on the set of her new movie, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf.
In the scene, Phylicia Rashad is seen yelling to a window as a man holds his two children out of the window.
The film is currently being shot in New York City.
Gary Coleman, who worked with Janet on sitcom Diff’rent Strokes, has passed away aged 42.
He played Arnold Jackson, famous for his catchphrase “What’choo talkin’ ’bout, Willis?”.
Janet paid tribute to Gary on her Twitter page today saying:
“I’m at a loss for words upon learning of Gary Coleman’s passing. I want to remember him as the fun, playful, adorable and affectionate man he was. He has left a lasting legacy. I know he is finally at peace.”
Janet made a surprise appearance on American Idol last night, performing Nasty and Nothing.
