Janet made a surprise appearance at last night’s BET Awards to pay tribute to brother Michael.
In her short speech she said: “My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was just too painful, so they elected me to speak with all of you. I’m gonna keep it very short but I’d just like to say that to you, Michael is an icon. To us, Michael is family. He will forever live in all of our hearts. On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all of your love. Thank you for all of your support. We miss him so much. Thank you so much.”
Her tribute was followed by a performance by Ne-yo and Jamie Foxx.
At this very moment, I am feeling janet’s pain janet was brave but she had the confidence to walk on stage and give a speach, I still cannot belive he’s gone, at this moment I shall be worrying about janet and hope that she will pull throught she’s is strong but this is a time nor place for it, it will take a long time before she has the streath to return, i don’t care for what the paper’s where saying bad things about him in the past, his music his love was all I needed
